Mô tả công việc
Document Drafting & Review Support:
- Draft standard contracts, official letters, internal memos, and decisions
- Assist in reviewing contracts, appendices, and agreements with partners under supervision
Legal Research:
- Search for, update, and summarize legal documents as requested
- Prepare preliminary legal advisory memos under guidance
Legal Administration:
- Assist in storing and managing legal records, contracts, licenses, and other legal administrative tasks
Legal Procedures Support:
- Assist in preparing documents for business registration and license amendments
Other Tasks:
- Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager
- Participate in internal meetings/trainings and take legal meeting minutes.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: 3rd or 4th-year Law student
- Legal Knowledge: Solid foundation in Civil Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Commercial Law
- Skills:
- Strong writing and drafting skills
- Able to search and analyze legal documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Word; knowledge of legal support software is a plus
- Language: Ability to read and understand legal English documents is an advantage
- Attitude & Work Ethic:
- Hardworking and eager to learn
- Confidential, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Responsible and team-oriented.
