WHAT WE ARE DOING:
Phoenix Holdings is a pioneering family investment office in Vietnam focused on financial services, fintech, F&B, retail and sports entertainment.
Founded and chaired by entrepreneur and venture capitalist Henry Nguyen, our portfolio companies include financial institutions (in banking, consumer finance, asset management and securities brokerage), F&B/retail (McDonald’s). Some of our tech-backed ventures include Timo (Digital Bank), Kredivo Vietnam (BNPL), Moca (Payment Platform, Acquired by Grab), Advance (Salary on Demand Platform) and First AI (AI Driven Media Platform).
Our current focus is on investing in and supporting Vietnam’s next leading fintech companies.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- Providing timely, accurate, quality and commercial legal advice to Phoenix team or its portfolios under supervision and assignment by the Legal Director
- With supervision of the Legal Director, proactively reviewing documents for legal advice for benefits of Phoenix and its portfolios, as well as identify and manage risks
- Drafting contracts, dossiers, documents in relation to legal jobs as assigned by the Legal Director
- Developing internal legal audits of all documents of Phoenix and its portfolios, under supervision of the Legal Director
- Updating new regulations and laws of Vietnam, and report to the Legal Director
- Support other tasks of Legal and Admin Team

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, with strong proactiveness
- Strong potential to develop excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Status: Full Time Internship
- Duration: 3 - 6 months
