Mô tả công việc
- Supporting lawyers to consult clients regarding foreign and international laws: Researching legal regulations and providing legal advice, providing legal information, guidance and support on legal issues for clients, reporting legal risks to management levels in the client's business during business activities in Korea/Vietnam and other countries.
- Supporting Vietnamese lawyers (if any): Supporting Vietnamese lawyers in researching legal regulations and providing Vietnamese legal advice at the request of clients.
- Drafting/appraising/checking/reviewing contracts arising in daily operations of corporate clients in Korea/Vietnam and other countries.
- Exchanging, supporting, and working closely with foreign lawyers/Vietnamese lawyers on licensing issues of corporate clients.
- Exchanging, supporting, and working closely with foreign lawyers/Vietnamese lawyers in resolving civil, criminal and administrative disputes of corporate clients with related parties;
- Being responsible for directly exchange, work and negotiation with corporate customers; and
- Organizing the storage, preservation and control of the use of legal documents under the management of the lawyers and the Company.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree in Law (or Legal English Faculty of Law Schools)
- Efficient English communication and writing skills (IELTS or TOEFL is preferred)
- Good communication and writing in Korean is preferred
- Having lawyer practice license is an advantage
