Legal:

Update & disseminate newly updated legal documents to the Board of Director & all functional departments; establish, manage and update legal database of the Company.
Study & draft legal advice for all matters of the Company including but not limited to: Corporate income tax, Transfer pricing, Custom regulation, labor, etc..
Review and/or negotiate on services contracts for purchase of goods & services with vendors.
Prepare and review Dealers agreement and any related agreements or Dealers-related-issues.
Prepare a quarterly legal bulletin to send to all functional departments.
Support HoD in preparation and reviewing any documents, materials regarding litigation procedures involved the Company.
Update and admen Legal change of the Company.

Compliance:

Make sure all the functional departments follow strictly SOP of the Company.
Maintain and monitor all regulatory correspondence between the Company and local regulators.
Prepare, review and register all the promotion campaign of the company.
Review CIT, PIT finalization yearly.
Review all the tax report monthly if any (VAT, FCT).
Other Compliant activities as assigned by HoD.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor degree in Business Law.
3 ~ 5 years of experience in legal/compliance work. At least 2 years of experience in Business Law, Taxation law.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
High work standard and integrity.
Ability to manage own time judiciously and deal effectively with the competing interests of several different individuals/departments.
Good technical drafting ability, accuracy and ability to think strategically.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
