Legal & Compliance executive
Mô tả công việc
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents (Meeting minutes, Resolutions of the Members' Council, Power of Attorney, Official Letters...).
• Drafting and reviewing internal regulations of the Company as assigned by the Team Leader.
• Consulting other Departments related to the matters of compliance with laws and internal regulations during the operation of the Company.
• Drafting dossiers and carrying out licensing procedures for the Company and its BUs (establishing companies, adjusting the enterprise registration certificate...).
• Filling and managing legal document storage system.
• Supporting the administrative activities of the Legal - Compliance Department: making weekly reports; translation; procedures for certified copies; setting up and follow up payment records and other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.Act as key advisor to the staff teams; take the lead in planning and executing key organizational initiatives related to technology, product roadmap, processes, and personnel.
• Another tasks will be assigned by Legal& Compliance Leader.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, minimum 02 years of legal experience.
• Honest, meticulous, organized and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Able to manage a large amount of paperwork, multitask and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good at communication and drafting in English.
• Experience in investment, corporate, commercial regulations.
