Position purpose:
- Inform compliance regulations of the Board of Directors, Korea HQ to all employees
- Build and update compliance regulations in accordance with the company's operational situation
- Contract legal review according to contract management regulation
- Provide Legal advice to the company following business requirements
- Carry out activities to ensure compliance of departments
- Ensure tasks as the request of the Board of Directors
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
1. Legal
- Provide risk assessment and legal advice on company operational and development projects for HQ, Business Unit and new investment project.
- Support the operations of the company including but not limited to: reviewing all kind of contracts and proposals; participating in the review of the company contract templates; risk analysis of contractual terms and conditions; ensuring compliance with contractual requirements; drafting legal letters, correspondences and responses in relation to contractual obligations and breeches.
- Update and Improve the template of standard contract terms and conditions to reflect local laws and company objectives by yearly or when necessary.
- Handle lawsuits of the company.
- Co-work with other teams to secure the company and its all possessions from any illegal problems.
- Register and renew/amend the company’s business license, certificates. Guidance and support for branches when arising.
2. Compliance
- Ensure compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in an organization to ensure that the organization is complying with all laws, industry codes of conduct, company policies and compliance requirements.
- Corporate governance to provide guidance to internal business units on the compliance with government regulations and support for the Company’s compliance function related to licensing and reporting requirements.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3 - 5 year working experience as legal executive/assistant manager
- Having bachelor’s degree in laws at the minimum
- Having working experience in manufacturing field, prefer in Feed/ Livestock or food company
- Good at English
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Organizational and time management skills;
- Willing to take travel business trips to other provinces/cities.
- Independent, resourceful, proactive and ability to multi-task.
- High level of responsibility. Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other related software
