• Provide legal consultations, analysis and advice in full cycle of matters related to financial services and products offered by the group companies
• Ensure that all the financial services and products offered by group companies comply with regulatory requirements and applicable national laws of the countries concerned
• Create and implement internal procedure (control mechanism) for compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting requirements to respective supervising authorities
• Provide legal support and ensure that services and product advertising comply with regulatory requirements and applicable national laws of the countries concerned
• Draft and revise different types of business cooperation agreements, documents sent to state agencies, partners ... related to the company's activities.
• Monitor draft laws and changes in legislation in the field of competence and to coordinate actions required to keep group companies compliant, mitigate or eliminate risks
• Carry-our researches, risk analysis and provide legal advice on documents, procedures and activities and compliance thereof with applicable laws and regulations
• Carry out activities related to initiating lawsuits or participating in the proceedings; Representing the Company in resolving disputes, participating in mediation and proceeding activities to ensure the rights and interests of the Company;
• Performing tasks related to resolving disputes and complaints of customers; works related to requirements of state agencies; organizational affairs.
• Performing tasks related to establishment, splitting, dissolution, merger, M&A, business listing and change of business registration information, tax registration information, etc.
• Activities related to internal corporate governance such as: Minutes / Resolutions of competent authorities in the Company when deciding issues within their authority; Official dispatches to / from internal enterprises to discuss with external parties; Issues arising within the enterprise such as transfer of shares / contributed capital ...
• Other activities related to completing the business profile for the projects the Company is cooperating with to ensure the safety of corporate legal and implement activities related to the implementation of the Project. of the company;
• Controlling transactions related to the Group's corporate system and related persons in accordance with the law;
• Control capital contribution activities, ownership of shares / contributed capital of member companies.
• Legal issues related to sales deployment such as: reservation, deposit, draft model contract, ...
• Develop in-house documentation in the field of competence
• Other specific tasks will be discussed during the interview.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• University degree in Law, certificate of Lawyer
• Fluent English
• Computer skill: good
• Minimum 3-5 years in a legal position in the international company or a law firm. Experience in financial industry will be considered as an advantage
• Proven success in business law, strong business mind set and orientation towards the goal
• Good generalist knowledge of all the key areas of law
• Good knowledge in general corporate and commercial laws, previous specialization in financial services is a strong benefit
• Proven ability to proactively provide insightful and timely legal support to stakeholders across a functionally and geographically-dispersed organization
• Ability to resolve complex legal issues, to communicate complex legal issues to non-lawyers, to consult and provide professional advice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very good legal writing, drafting skills and solid oral presentation skills
• Strong team player, flexible, international, open minded person
• Stress resistant, resilient, able to work in a high paced environment
