- Performing Due-diligence on Vietnamese Companies for M&A and Investments
- Incorporating Companies and Achieving Business Licenses for Foreign Investors
- Proceeding Civil Litigation, Arbitration and Enforcement on Uncollected Revenues of Foreign Invested Enterprises
- Representing as an Authorized Persons of Plaintiffs or Defendants on Civil Litigation
- Making and Reviewing Legal Documents and Contracts
- Researching Law and Provide Legal Advice on Various Legal Issues

- Lawyer License of HCMC or HN Bar Association
- Knowledge of Vietnamese Incorporation and Business License Procedures for Foreign Investors
- Knowledge of Vietnamese Enterprise Law, Investment Law and Actual Government Agency Procedure - E.g. DPI, MoIT, Tax Agency, SBV and etc
- Knowledge of Vietnamese Civil Code, Civil Procedure Code, Commercial Arbitration Law and Enforcement Procedure
- Minimum 3 Years Work Experiences on Corporate Legal Services
- Fluent English Communication Skill

- Work Day: Monday ~ Friday: 5 Days / Week
- Work Time: 08:30 ~ 12:00 & 13:30 ~ 18:00: 8 Hours / Day
- Salary: $800 ~ $1,600 according to the career.
