Mô tả công việc

Reporting to Sales Manager and responsible for the followings:
• Proactively find sales opportunities by exploring the construction market (major project, civil construction, hotel, office building, apartment … any other possible projects for elevators and escalators across and outside the cities)
• Work and update with Sales Manager in weekly base for designated geographic areas for quotation, tender process, deal closing.
• Maintain relationship with existing customer base, existing stakeholders and explore opportunities for new projects.
• Be in charge of complete tender process, tender documents, negotiation … until awarding, contract signing and of follow-up after the deal is conclude
• Cooperate with internal partners to prepare tender documents and optimize the solution for customers
• Follow with contract reviews and comply to Company’s policies
• Make necessary data input into CRM/SAP,on profit & lost, and produce reports as assigned,
• Updates on competitors and market information.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing or commercial (MBA preferred)
• 3-5 years experiences in Sales and/or technical Sales (experience in the E&E industry or M&E related industry is a plus )
• Customers’ needs analysis, problem solving
• Multilateral negotiation, strategic thinking
• Interpersonal skill and networking
• Result driven, solution orientated
• Resilient, patient and determined
• Trustworthy, good customer insight
• Proactive, creative, mobile and dynamic
• Customer centric, sensitive to emotional aspect in sales
• Good spoken and written English (Chinese or Korean as advantage)
