Mô tả công việc
- Controlling the movement of the assets, filling and getting the proper documentation
- Reconciliation of the assets periodically with the accounting book
- Calculating the fixed asset depreciation periodically (in accordance with tax regulars for fixed assets and company policy), and booking in accounting system
- Work with related department and outsource partner for status of Asset and working tools
- Prepare Master asset report for in the detail and the location of all assets which purchased, used and stock in warehouse
- Stock count at the end of year, joining to liquidation of fixed asset
- Controlling the renovation / repair of the assets to record in accounting book
- Coordinating with relevant department for update data about Capex and prepare the Project report meet deadline and comply with tax regular
- Review and verify financial statement before submitting to Board of management
- Review and verify tax report and guide to member for any tax matter
- Work with partner, auditor related to Project report and explain when having issue
- Receive and update the documents of the fixed assets, working tool of project and of company on accounting system
- Support on Tax finalization and Auditing
- Other tasks as assigned by direct manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field, knowledge in VAS
- A minimum from 3 years working experience in Accounting
- Ability of English skills.
- Attention to details

- Strong Excel and database skills
- Problem - solving skill
- Work under high pressure
