Mô tả công việc
- Well understand the enforcement practice and regulations in Vietnam as well as market for IP disputes including IP litigation
- Communicate with international clients and/or render written and oral advice to clients on various legal and other issues which fall under the practices of the firm, including, but not limited to, IP disputes; enforcement actions; market research;
- Analyzing cases, drafting documents, preparing advice, and reporting to clients;
- Provide thorough analytical and practical proposals and advice to clients and potential clients in a timely manner;
- Respond to enquiries from clients and potential clients in a timely manner;
- Be active and efficiently work directly with authorities and the court for all IP disputes or litigation;
- Handle IP infringement cases, including communication with the infringers and the authorities or litigation if necessary;
- Perform other tasks relevant to or in connection with the foregoing; and
- Other tasks as requested by the nature of the position and senior attorneys.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- This opportunity would suit a proactive self-starter, a diligent and career-focused lawyer/IP Attorney who wants to deal with IP disputes for global clients. In addition to the foregoing practical experience requirements, you will have:
- At least five years of post-qualification experience in IP laws;
- Law degree/ IP Certificate. Lawyer or registered IP attorney is an advantage;
- Fluency in English both speaking and writing;
- Excellent analytical, drafting, communication, and research skills;
- Excellent problem-solving ability and good organizational skill;
- Strong commitment to client service;
- Proven track record in working with IP authorities on IP disputes;
- Hard working, responsible and reliable person;
- Willingness to travel as needed;
- Active, enthusiastic and proactive manner;
- Team player.
