Human Resources Officer (Excellent English Abilities and Communication Skills)

The incumbent will be fully responsible for driving and supporting local and regional Recruitment and Training Activities strategically and effectively, in alignment with Bank Business Plan in short and long term.
The main responsibilities include but not limited to:
Recruitment:
- Manage, organize the implementation of Recruitment Plan responding on Bank Business Needs;
- Build up the Talent Pool;
- Perform the recruitment process, conducting interviews and pre-employment screening for vacant positions;
- Be responsible for the compliant operation of resourcing activities across sourcing, selection process and candidate assessment;
- Provide regular reports on hiring statistics to illustrate any potential risks and recommend appropriate actions;
- Process and control staff document (labor contract, assignment…);
- Ensure the smooth onboarding of employees by organizing orientation and onboarding activities.
Training:
- Proactively survey and analyze the training needs;
- Organize and coordinate training sessions and measure their effectiveness;
- Provide updates to the Head of Department on learning and development initiatives to communicate success rates and issues;
- Draft learning and development policies and seek endorsement from the Head of Department.
Human Resources Information System:
- Data maintenance in relation to all employee information in to the HR system, championing data integrity and utilizing the system to its full capability. Ensuring adequate controls in place to reduce errors. Ensure appropriate internal procedures and controls are in line with best practice HR;
- Support in the development and implementation of complex change initiatives in HR system upgrades to align with local regulations.
HR Business Management:
- Support internal and external audits within the department by preparing documentation as required;
- Actively support in the identification and implementation of continuous service improvement initiatives with the Shared Services function;
- Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations;
- Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations;
Perform other tasks assigned by DH or Management
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree;
- At least 5-year experience in Human Resources Department with proven track record of practical knowledge in Human Resources;
- Deep knowledge in local labor law and regulations;
- Logical and strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal skill, strong time management skill, problem-solving skill;
- Very good command of English (both in written and spoken);
- Very good communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
