Mô tả công việc
- Manage Compensation & Benefits policies such as contract, salary, bonus, allowance, insuarance, welfare
- Update new relative regulation & law timely for application & improvement
- Upgrade salary scale, benefit policy to be attractive & competitive .
- Improve the evaluation policy, promotion policy …
- Survey policies of other companies, market tendency for reference and improvement
- Make yearly budget .
- Propose suitable solution to improve C&B policy timely & legally.
- Other relative tasks as assignment
- Report to HR manager directly
*Working place: KCN Nhơn Trạch 5, Nhơn Trạch, Đồng Nai
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University up in major of Economic / BA / Accounting / or similar majors
- Having experience in building Compensation & Benefits strategy for company, especially in industrial field.
- Be fluent in English or Korean
- Salary: depend on candidates' competence
