To work with Apollo leadership team and with HR Managers to re-enforce Apollo’s employer branding and increase staff engagement (eNPS +50). The HR BP Manager oversees and is accountable for all internal communication including but not limited to HR matters. He/ She ensures that internal communication channels are effective and efficient.
Outcomes:
Online employer branding
• Oversee and approve all digital activities related to employer branding
• Manage content for Teacher recruitment website with clear analysis to obtain specific goals with SEO
• Create contents and run digital campaigns to attract teacher CVs
• Coordinate with local recruitment team for their digital content
• Lead LinkedIn and Facebook pages for local and expat recruitment
Engagement planning, execution (local) and support (expat)
• Outline and support engagement plans together with the Expat Recruitment and Engagement Manager
• Clear CSR programs to be promoted internally to all local and expat staff
• Propose and implement engagement plans for local teams together with Staff Social Committee and with Trade Union team
• Staff feedback coordination, management with clear action plans: biannual staff survey, regular staff feedback, exit interview feedback
Internal communication management
• Audit HR ticketing system and ensure process improvement with automated steps
• Ticketing system gets review rates of 4 stars +
• Lead FAQ systems for HR
• Other internal communication initiatives and projects
