C&B TASK (50%)

  • Preparing payroll and benefits calculation
  • Prepare monthly payrolls for all local and expat employees (including former employee and freelancer (if any)) to make sure accuracy and timely payment.
  • Work closely with Finance and related departments to clarify and calculate the commission bonus for the whole company.
  • Complete the final compensation for leaving employees, calculating the required adjustments for exiting staff;
  • Responsible for declaration, reconciliation of Social insurance, personal income tax, medical healthcare program as per mandatory requirement.
  • Regularly communicate benefits programs to staff and any update from law related to C&B SI, UI, HI, Tax….
  • Manage to leave a record for an employee by collecting leave requests, updating in system and reconciliation with the line manager when needed.
  • Employee Data and Labor contract management
  • Collect new hire information and update in a timely manner and store correctly in both soft and hard copy.
  • Remind line manager for the probation appraisal, contract renewal appraisal.
  • Prepare an offer letter, labor contract for a new hire, contract renewal, salary adjustment, confirmation letter, and termination process.
  • Responsible for all reports related to payroll calculation, turnover rate, OT, Headcount, movement…. or Other reports as and when required
  • Responsible for all external reports to authorities to comply with local law requirements, including but not limited to the Social insurance Department, Tax Department, Labor Department, ….

Compliance

  • Use expertise to identify gaps in current policies, improving policy application and effectiveness;
  • Recommend additional processes and/or policies that will enhance the C&B function and service delivery.

OTHER TASKS (50%)

  • Carry out the recruitment tasks when required;
  • Coordinate with HR leader/Manger to handle the work within the scope of Learning and development and implementing internal cultural activities
  • Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor/manager
Yêu cầu công việc
  • 2-3 years working experience in a similar role
  • Good Labor Law knowledge, HR practice, Labor code, Tax’s law, SHUI law
  • Excellent office computer skills (MS Excel)
  • English or Japanese communication (a big plus only)
  • Good at numerical and logical thinking
  • Honesty, integrity, carefulness
  • Excellent organization and time management skill
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking under high pressure,
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident, and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Ability to connect, motivate people, take the initiative in coordinating and deploying work.
