Assisting all HR activities in Vietnam offices (Ho Chi Minh head office and Ha Noi and Hai Phong branch office) of both companies OOCL Logistics (Vietnam) and OOCL Vietnam.
Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Manage and maintain a talent pool to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Training & Development:
- Consolidate training subjects from each department to create a Master Training Plan annually.
- Contact external vendors to provide training courses based on the Master Training Plan, considering budget, company policy, and staff requirements.
- Arrange follow-ups after training sessions (both external and internal) and maintain records in the HCMS system/files.
- Prepare quarterly training reports.
- Provide orientation training for newcomers.
- Follow up on CPD (Continuing Professional Development) targets for each department.
Compensation and Benefits (C&B):
- Payroll Management: Calculate and process employee salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions accurately and on time. Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Social Insurance: Enroll new employees in social insurance programs and update records for resign employees with SI authority. Help employees with the process of claiming social insurance benefits, such as sick leave or maternity leave.
- Personal Income Tax (PIT): Prepare PIT declaration, PIT payments monthly and PIT finalization annually.
- Labor contract: Prepare and issue labor contracts for new employees. Manage the renewal process for expiring contracts, including negotiating terms and obtaining necessary approvals. Maintain a comprehensive database of all labor contracts, ensuring they are securely stored and easily accessible.
- Health Insurance: Manage employee health insurance plans, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication with insurance providers.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations to ensure all compensation and benefits practices are compliant.
- Other tasks as assigned by Team Leader.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, training, and C&B.
- English: can communicate in English, confident in reading and writing skills. Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hard working and can work under high pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
