Mô tả công việc

Develop new items/suppliers.
Negotiate price with suppliers to make sure competitive price.
Contract management.
Build up relationships with supplier analysis the purchase channel and supplier consolidation.
Finding, screening and developing new supplier following the requirements and policy.
Make order plan of assigned purchasing items, issue purchase orders, follow up delivery, receiving and payments.
Solving issues with supplier to meet production schedule.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Male/Female; University graduated, prefer Marketing, Business Administrator major.
Having at least one year experience in Purchasing of a Cosmetics, functional food company.
Solid computer skills, including MS office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good communication in English. Can speak Japanese, Chinese is advantageous.
Patient, honest, and can work under pressure.
Can work independently and teamwork as well.
Good ability to calculate and manage exactly the data.
