• Being responsible for the functional management and operation of HCM Office.
• Playing leadership role to hit or exceed annual sales targets.
• Maintaining long-lasting customer relationships and dealing with potential business partners and clients.
• Creating and Developing the strategic framework for the performance and development of HCM Office.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Under 40 years of age is referred.
• Proven ability to be a decision-maker and drive the sales process from plan to close and inspire motivation to employees.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
• At least 3 years of Demonstrable leadership experiences.
• Previous experience in oversea education/ banking or financial services, etc...
