As a Senior Accountant you will join our global working environment and be responsible for tasks mentioned below:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
General Accounting
• Analyse complex financial reports and records
• Review journal entries of junior accountants to ensure accuracy
• Make sure all invoices are booked as appropriate
• Perform variance analyses and preparing account reconciliations
• Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
General accounts payable
• Prepare payments order for approval
• Validate the work or service has been rendered before processing payment
• Make e-banking payments
General payroll function
• In charge of calculating payroll
• Reconcile social insurances and check PIT
• Make salary payments for approval
Cash-flow management
• Prepare the cash-flow forecasting and projections (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
• Monitor and resolve bank issues
Contract management
• Check and comments contracts from vendors
• Maintain vendor contract list, NDA
Year-end closing
• Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
• Assist with financial and tax audits
Internal control
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and local tax regulations
• In charge of making, implementing, and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
Others
• Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments
• Assist HR, admin when appropriate
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from accounting/finance field
• Good accounting base, at least 3 years working experience in finance and accounting
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and honest
• Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines
• Having experience to work in international company is an advantage
• Business English level is a plus
• Can jump into the job immediately
