Mô tả công việc
- Follow up sample
- Check bulk fabric and Accessories
- Check production status, flow up shipment
- Make production files and QA files
- Work with Customer on capacity reservation, work closely with the Planning Manager with regard to monitoring planning board and order confirmations
- Manage customer relationships & customer Key Performance’s to achieve sales & Net Profit targets to meet Dept. objectives
- Manage the merchandising team effectively to ensure fabric and components Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) are on time according to production schedule to meet garment deliveries
- Review profitability of styles, product categories, and delivery performance, manufacturing capacity for seasons and carry out necessary actions immediately
- Ensure follow-up charts are being done on a regular basis and make respective personnel informed on Letter of credit and cash requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: - College/University degree
- From 3 Year of experience in Garment industry
- Good communication skills in English/Korean
- Candidates who can speak Korean is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure
