Mô tả công việc

Receive request from Customer/Agent and contact Customer/Agent to get confirm for the shipment.
Get a Booking with the Shipping line or Co-loader and release it to the customer.
Follow and submit SI/VGM to the Carrier/Co-loader (Filling AFR, ENS, AMS if any).
Check Documents, make a Bill Of Lading to customers as well as send documents to Agent.
Send Debit Note to Customers/Agent.
Monitor and notify shipment status if there are changes during transportation.
Finish other tasks as assigned by Team Leader/General Manager

College or Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade/Economic/Import – Export (a noterized degree is required)
Good English competency in 4 skills (Knowing Chinese is an advantage)
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
From 1 year’ experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding/Import – Export in similar position.
Working experience using Cargowise is preferred.
Working experience using Mirosoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel)

Probation: 2-month probation
Competitive basic salary from 8,000,0000/month
Days off: 14 days off/year for staff level
Full salary social insurance; Participate in all types of insurance according to state regulations
Commission divided according to regulations, salary and bonus payment on time
Other allowances: language allowance; Parking allowance
Opportunity for overseas training at Pacific Star Group offices every year.
Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00 Mon - Fri; 8:00 - 12:00 Sat (every other week)
