Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute company branding strategies to position Superscent as an attractive, professional, and creative workplace.
Manage and grow company communication channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) to promote company culture, values, and vision.
Plan and produce various content formats (articles, images, videos, infographics..) highlighting internal activities, employee life, events, achievements, and company culture.
Support communication for internal and recruitment events such as team-building, seminars, workshops, CSR, and hiring fairs.
Execute and optimize social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with HR on recruitment campaigns, including message development, attractive content creation, and strengthening employer branding.
Collect and analyze feedback from employees, applicants, and the community to suggest improvements for company branding strategy.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media/marketing, content creation, or company branding.
Strong writing and storytelling skills for social media content.
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut).
Good understanding of social media trends (especially TikTok, Facebook).
Proactive, creative, independent, and a strong teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in HR Branding / Employer Branding / Marketing.
Experience managing TikTok/YouTube channels or Facebook fan pages.
Basic knowledge of Facebook/Google Ads.
Experience as MC/host for events or live streaming.
Ability to communicate in English or Korean.
