Mô tả công việc

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, messages, and comments on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
Provide product consultation, address customer questions, and support order conversion.
Handle customer complaints (defective items, wrong items, returns, refunds, etc.) according to company policies.
Monitor and maintain key CS metrics: response rate, chat performance, customer satisfaction, and product ratings.
Monitor store notifications and handle any violations or penalties from Shopee/TikTok.
Track and optimize operational indicators such as cancellation rate, late shipment rate, and store performance scores.
Summarize customer feedback and suggest improvement ideas

High school diploma or higher; College or University degree in Business, Marketing, or E-commerce is a plus.
English communication or Korean is a plus
Experience in customer service or e-commerce operations on Shopee, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms preferred.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and customer-oriented mindset.
Proficient in computer skills; familiar with Shopee/TikTok seller tools is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
