Document Staff – Freight Forwarding $500–$700
Mô tả công việc
- Prepare and process full set of documentation for both export and import shipments (sea & air)
- Receive SI, VGM from clients; create B/L using FAST system; submit documents to shipping lines
- Handle AMS/ACI/ISF declarations for North American shipments; send pre-alerts to overseas agents
- Communicate with shipping lines and global agents: submit bookings, confirm schedules, handle any issues
- Monitor shipment progress, provide updates to customers and coordinate timely submission of all documents (SI, VGM, AMS, ISF, Manifest, etc.)
- Issue HBL, HAWB, Debit Notes, Arrival Notices, and ensure payment to suppliers on time
- Submit import manifest, notify cargo arrival, coordinate release of D/O
- Track and reconcile debit notes and invoices with customers
- Work closely with sales teams and overseas agents to handle documentation smoothly
- Ensure all documents (Service Contracts, LOI, POA...) are well-organized for audit compliance
- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Import-Export, Foreign Trade, International Business or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in forwarding/logistics documentation
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – Chinese is highly preferred
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally experienced with FAST system
- Professional, proactive, and able to handle pressure and deadlines
