Mô tả công việc

Resolve customer cases related to flight ticketing, including but not limited to rescheduling, corrections, changes, check-in problems.
Issue tickets to customers via the booking system.
Escalate support cases as per the company’s criteria.
Achieve daily performance targets defined by the supervisor
Ensure all cases are solved within the required timeframe following the company’s SOPs

Good at English both written and spoken
At least 6-month experiences in Customer Service or Call Center or Booking air ticket
Knowledge in the aviation industry which is familiar with policy for the domestic market: Vietjet, Bamboo, Vietnam Airlines, ….is a plus
Willing to work on the weekend, national holidays, overtime if needed
Willing to work under shifting mode (Night shift including: 2 - 3days/month, from 10PM - 6AM)
Able to adapt in dynamic company culture and fast-paced working environment
