Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for monitoring all legal activities of the company, ensuring that all activities of the company are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, rules, regulations, and charters of the company, as well as resolutions of the Board of Directors and shareholders.
- Consult, advise and offer solutions within the function for the Board of Directors, the BOM, Divisions, Departments of the Company/ subsidiaries of Nam Long Group about issues related to corporate legal, regulatory, and legal projects, legal business projects complying with related law.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- At least 10 years in the position Legal Manager or Company Lawyer, in which at least 5 years in the real estate field.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of corporate law
- Excellent writing, communication, and negotiating skills
- Ambition, and the willingness to go above and beyond
- Legal research skills
- Analytical skills and the ability to make sound judgement
- Technology and software knowledge
- Time management and organization
- High attention to detail
