Mô tả công việc

Conducts, oversees, implement, reviews and appraises the regular internal regulation and AML & sanction program of Head Quarter.
Performs internal audits and ongoing reviews of HQ’s controls, operating procedures, to ensure compliance with the policies and regulations set forth by the regulators and by the bank.
Ensures that IBK HCM’s established policies and procedures are being complied with and that required controls measure are in place
Overseas the accuracy and timely submission of all regulatory reporting requirements (reports to the State Bank of Vietnam, other competent authorities and Head Office)
Monitors the Company’s Delegation of Authority Level and ensures that it strictly followed and regularly updated (if need arises)
Complies and reports relevant business related issues and provides recommendations for improvements to the Managers, business lines managers for their subsequent evaluation and implementation.
Conduct customers’ transaction monitoring
Review and monitor suspicious activities report (SAR) filing
Ensure the performance of the team is completed timely and in expected quality
Perform other assignments as assigned

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Fluency in written and oral Vietnamese and English
Integrity, reliability and independence (Ability to work independently with minimal supervision)
Analytical, organizational and planning skills
Flexible and ability to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the company
Ability to identify and analyze issues arising from daily works,
Team spirit, prudent, accountable, pro-active and able to train other people
Ability to interpret and disseminate complex data and perform analysis as required
