1. Review contract and improve payment term: Best contract with best payment terms and least risk
- Perform legal review as accord to company policy
- Provide contractual advice and analysis for tenders and contracts
- Prepare and negotiate contractual claims with customers as they arise.
- Provide support to Sales and other Depts in the negotiation of contract terms with external customers
- Provide support to Project Managers and others departments to ensure contracts to be executed and followed in terms of the conditions as outlined in the contract.
- Preparation of Loss and/or Expense claims.
- Contractual correspondences for disputes
2. Maximum collection Target & Minimum Bad Debt target: Ensure that all Debts are collected on time
- Support the Contract Manager and control commercial risks throughout the post-contract phase and also during the execution of the contract.
- Following up with others departments/PM to make sure all documents is submitted on time as contract outlined.
- Monitor ageing debts, initiate and manage any actions, including legal if necessary.
- Maintain debtors ledger and job costing records in SAP
- Reconcile balances with General Ledger
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Background in legal
- Having at least 3 year experiences of construction contract review.
- Having comprehensive knowledge of FIDIC Contract.
- Be good at English writing & speaking.
- Be enthusiastic with dealing with external customers
- Having knowledge and experience in Construction Contracts
- Having knowledge of real estate market in Vietnam
General Information:
Working Location: 93 Nguyễn Du, Ben Nghe Ward, Dist. 1, HCMC
Working Hours: 8.00 - 17. 30, Monday - Friday
