Department: Claims/ Operations
Reports to: Claims Manager/ Claims Investigation Supervisor
Job Scope / Position Summary:
The role is designed to carry out claim investigation in accordance with Company’s guidelines and principles; ensure service TAT, quality and productivity.
Main Responsibility
• Justifying the validity and completeness of claim file
• Giving out approprate requirement for information, documents and investigation
• Making investigation plan and then executing the plan
• Collecting, validating and judging proof of evidences
• Providing excellent service to customers, agency force, authorities and others
• Handling customer’s complaint
• Monitoring pending claims and ensuring service TAT
• Taking charge of other tasks/projects as and when assigned by Claims Manager: support Administration tasks when having high volume.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education:
• University degree, law back-ground is preferred
Experience:
• 3-year experience in investigation
Skills:
• Strong analytical, detective and judgmental skills
• High level of integrity and initiatives
• Well creative, proactive and flexible
• Highly committed and self-motivated
• Good at communication, negociation and presentation
• Well organized and be able to work under tight deadline and pressure
• Proficient in Vietnamese
