1. Legal affairs
- Contracts review, advise and negotiation with related parties.
- Accurately and appropriately prepare legal documents, official letters in both English and Vietnamese as assigned by Dept. Head from time to time.
- Provide legal consultation for business activities and other relevant aspects.
- Work with Government authorities for company procedures & compliance to laws.
- Internal check and monitor the implementation of Corporate compliance policies & procedures.
- Conduct Compliance training for internal needs.
- Initiate & implement activities for promoting compliance culture.
- Have experience in dealing with non-compliance/criminal issues.
- Have deep knowledge and understanding of personal data protection regulations and related issues.
- Have knowledge of the Labor Code and related regulations;
- Provide advice on general corporate, regulatory, administrative and other legal matters as assigned.
2. Compliance
- Responsible for developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising on potential compliance risks.
- Conduct compliance training as required by Management.
- Conduct investigation of non-compliance and internal audit (e.g., in respect of labor and workplace safety laws, international human rights standards, and/or the vendor/supplier code of conduct).
- Maintain documentation of compliance, timely and practical advice.
- Provide update on new laws and regulations and evaluate the impact.
- Draft compliance-related reports as required by HQ.
3. Other Tasks:
- Prepare and monitor the application documents for CFS (Certificate of Free Sale) at the Ministry of Health.
- Product Circulation Certificate.
- General Goods License.
- Pharmaceutical Product Circulation Licens.
- Familiarize with regulations on import and export of goods.
- Business Registration
- Handle documents related to business registration, changes to business registration content, and company formation.
- Work Permits and Temporary Residence Cards:
- Apply for new and extend work permits and temporary residence cards.
- APEC/ Visa/ Passports & Visas
4. Other supporting tasks relating to legal and compliance or HR/Administrative as assigned by Dept. Head.
Job requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Having at least 3-year experience in doing Legal affairs.
- Working experience in sales, medical field and business activities such as marketing, customs, supply chains, etc. will be preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in MS office proprams.
- Communication, planning skills, problem solving methodology.
- Cooperative attitude.
- Proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Strong ability to streamline job processes.
- Be detail-oriented, accurate and able to meet deadlines while performing multiple tasks.

- English communication; Japanese is an advantage
