Mô tả công việc
- Promote and sell musical courses, instruments, or service packages
- Enhance customer experience
- Improve team members’ performance
- Oversee and report on daily operations
- Plan and organize promotional activities to attract customers
- Supervise staff operations at the center (store and school)
- Build strong relationships with teachers, parents, students, partners, or clients
- Ensure sufficient equipment, instruments, and necessary supplies; monitor maintenance
- Manage inventory and purchasing
- Monitor staff performance, propose training, conduct evaluations, and recommend promotions or salary increases
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries when needed
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Native Vietnamese with a college degree and communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years+ of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the music or education industry.
- Or Experience in customer service, consulting, consultants in the education industry, hotel receptionist, or tour package promotion/sales (3 years+) is highly welcome
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite and related software skills.
- Basic English communication skills. ( more than basic is a plus)
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Familiarity with musical instruments or hospitality/tour operations is a plus
