Mô tả công việc
- Develop corporate communication plan and strategy to ensure the effective delivery of external communication across various communication channels, ensure alignment with corporate brand.
- Develop Reputation Content Management through various channels (Corporate Website, Linkedin, Workplace, Facebook) by innovative format: interview, articles, short & long form videos, etc.
- Develop and implement activities/programs/campaigns to promote company reputation with external stakeholders
- Ensure uniformed and quality message across all communication channels
- Media relation: ensure to have frequent and clear plan to build up media relationship by monthly, promote our brand to reach out media pitch and our thought leadership in relevant fields: Environment, Green Construction Materials, Circular Economy, etc.
- Set up and sustain all departments and site’s communication champions
- Develop and implement activities/programs/campaigns to promote employee’s pride
- Develop and implement Stakeholders Engagement activities: Corporate affair, Events, Workshop, Stakeholder Meeting, support Government Event etc.
- Manage the budget of Communication team and allocate to all programs
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree of Public relations, Marketing, Communication or Journalism
- Over 3 year experience in relevant positions in MNC companies; Strong media relations with environment, constructions, business journalists is an advantage.
- Outstanding Vietnamese and English writing skill with strong ability to capture and translate ideas into messaging
- Good command of MS office applications
- Strong communicator & presentation skill
