Acquire new household-business customers and support existing Fastie customers throughout the early sales and onboarding journey.
Participate in outreach activities including calls, messages, online communities, referrals, and field visits to introduce Fastie and identify qualified leads.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify promising customer segments, partner channels, and new business opportunities.
Coordinate product demos, onboarding sessions, and basic user training for household-business owners.
Support partnership development with accountants, tax-service providers, local business communities, and other channels that can help Fastie reach more HKDs.
Collect structured customer feedback and recurring objections, then work with Product and Operations to improve the product experience and sales messaging.
Maintain CRM data, sales pipelines, follow-up status, and weekly sales reports to ensure leads are actively progressed.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams on acquisition campaigns, customer activation, and go-to-market experiments.

Currently a student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, basic negotiation, and meeting customers or partners when needed.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks consistently.
Interest in fintech, tax technology, SME/HKD operations, or the startup environment is a strong plus.
Willing to learn Fastie's product, basic household-business tax concepts, and common customer pain points.
Have a personal laptop for work.

Remote working environment with hands-on exposure to a real early-stage go-to-market process.
Direct mentorship from Fastie's founding and business team on sales, customer discovery, and business development.
Practical experience working with household-business owners and understanding real operational and tax-compliance pain points.
Hands-on exposure to lead generation, partner development, product demos, onboarding, CRM, and sales pipeline management.
Opportunity to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations and contribute feedback that can shape Fastie's roadmap.
