Mô tả công việc
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Conduct analysis required to support our strategic initiatives such as market projection, historical performance, or competitor analysis.
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience using statistical analysis software and database communicators (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of product management/development
- Solid oral and written communications skills
- Minimum 1 years of working experience with O2O products
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field is an advantage. MBA degree is a plus
