Intertu Education is seeking a skilled and innovative Curriculum Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of international education standards and a passion for developing engaging, student-centered learning materials. As a Curriculum Developer, you will collaborate with subject teachers and educators to design, develop, and implement high-quality curricula aligned with the International Baccalaureate (IB), IGCSE, and other international programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Design and Development:

Develop and design curricula, lesson plans, and instructional materials tailored to international education frameworks, including the IB, IGCSE, AS/A-Level, and international standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, GED, and GRE.
Ensure all materials align with academic standards and cater to diverse student learning needs and preferences.
Innovate and integrate technology-enhanced learning tools and resources into curricula.

Quality Assurance and Evaluation:

Regularly review and update curricula to maintain relevance and alignment with current educational trends and standards.
Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum materials through student performance analysis and feedback from educators.
Collaborate with teachers and academic leaders to refine and improve instructional resources.

Collaboration and Training:

Work closely with teachers to support curriculum implementation and provide guidance on instructional strategies.
Lead workshops and training sessions for teaching staff to familiarize them with new curriculum materials and best practices.
Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing among academic teams.

Research and Innovation:

Stay updated on global trends and advancements in international education.
Teach a small number of classes to inform curriculum development, ensuring alignment with student needs and market demands.
Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

Teaching responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons following the centre's standard to enhance teaching technique and to update with the new programmes

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in IB, IGCSE, or other international education programs.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and educational technology.
Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in English, with strong writing and editing skills.
