Associate / IP Lawyer (IC - IP/AS)
Mô tả công việc
- Carry out professional jobs: research, consult and conduct legal procedures for protection of intellectual property objects;
- Prepare legal advice and act as authorized representative for clients in resolving disputes and dealing with violations of IP rights, and unfair competition;
- Consult, draft contracts and conduct registration procedures of transfer of intellectual property rights, technology transfer contracts, franchising contracts;
- Provide legal advice on issues related to domain name registration and information technology law;
- Do other legal works related to intellectual property rights; and
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Holding at least a BA in law (overseas study or master degree preferred)
- Holding IP agent Certificate (preferred)
- Being fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Being dynamic, creative and responsible
- Having good analytical skill, logical thinking and being capable of working independently and under pressure
- Having at least 3-year experience of working in IP sector at a law firms
