1. Store Operation Support
- Assist in monitoring daily operations of Ba Na Hills and Nha Trang Pop-up stores.
- Track daily sales performance, inventory, and KPI, and report abnormalities.
- Support preparation for new launches, seasonal campaigns, HQ events.
- Assist VM alignment and ensure in-store execution consistency.
- Support handling urgent operational issues (customer cases, on-site incidents, etc.)
2. Cross-Department Coordination
- Maintain active communication with Retail / SCM / SOP / HR / Finance / VM / Marketing teams.
- Follow up on task progress and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
- Consolidate multi-department requirements and align operational priorities.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare Daily Operation Reports, weekly meeting summaries, activity plans, project trackers, and internal presentations.
- Organize SOP documents, policy files, and operational guidelines.
4. Project Management Support
Assist the Operation Manager in executing key projects:
- New store opening projects
- Monthly retail campaigns & activities
- Hot Item launch, queue management, and on-site flow control
- 100% item fulfillment workflow
- Internal system improvement & SOP optimization
5. Executive & Schedule Assistance
- Support meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and reminder follow-up.
- Assist Operation Manager with prioritizing daily tasks and deadlines.
- Manage to-do lists and coordinate with external partners
6. External Communication Support
- Draft emails to HQ, partners, suppliers, and authorities.
- Prepare meeting decks, briefs, and summary notes.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Must-have:
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or retail management.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination ability across departments.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactive work attitude.
- Intermediate English ability (reading & writing emails).
Nice-to-have:
- Retail or international brand experience.
- Store operation or event/project management experience.
- Familiarity with lifestyle brands, toy retail, or tourist retail.
- Basic data and KPI analysis capability.
- Vietnamese/Chinese language skills (optional bonus).
