Mô tả công việc
- Manages the Maison’s application development roadmap in accordance to the company’s 5 year strategic plan and 3 year development plan.
- Responsible for the leadership and management of the application development team.
- Defines the application architecture and manages the lifecycle of improvements, upgrades and continuous maintenance.
- Directly manage or act as primary technical stakeholder in all systems development projects in the retail and omni-channel realm where he/she will oversee the work of in-house resources as well as vendors.
- Project plan each development for schedule and budget estimation purposes.
- Analyzes, defines and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, data security and interfaces with other systems. Provides technical documentation updates to the latest enhancement or release.
- Manage the operational support, maintenance, and development activities for other business applications.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education
- Bachelor of Computer Science/Information Systems
2. Experience
- 5-7 years’ experience managing systems architecture and software design and development with deep knowledge of database/web/service/mobile technologies.
- Proficient with developing large-scale e-commerce platforms
- Full software development life cycle experience, project management (Agile SCRUM experience preferred)
- Experience managing an application development team.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills a must
- Experience working in large enterprise implementations such as Oracle, SAP BW & HANA implementations with establishing best practices and standards.
- Strong experience in SQL and similar relational database deployments.
- Strong experience in a variety of data integration technologies – API, ETL, flat files, XML, SOAP, etc.
- Focus on quality and attention to details
- Good business process (Accounting/Logistics/Sales), experience in FMCG or Retail business would be an advantage
3. Specific knowledge
- Project management (PMP, SCRUM Methodology)
- SOA principles
4. Other requirements
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Proactive and open minded. Service mindset
- Hands on and can do attitude
- Work well under high pressure and deadline oriente
