Mô tả công việc

Develop and deploy Machine Learning and AI models to solve specific business problems
Design and implement MLOps processes to automate and optimize model deployment
Work with large language models (LLM) to enhance natural language processing capabilities and related applications
Analyze and process large datasets to create accurate predictive models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Experience with Machine Learning tools and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc
Deep understanding of AI concepts and techniques, including Deep Learning and Machine Learning
Experience with MLOps, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and similar tools
Experience working with large language models (LLM) such as GPT, BERT,…
Use techniques like hyperparameter tuning, model evaluation, and performance optimization to ensure high accuracy and efficiency
Experience fine-tuning pre-trained LLMs on domain-specific data (such as customer service datasets) to improve performance on tasks like intent recognition or dialogue generation
Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages
Having experience in implementing mathematical problems for banks is an advantage
Good logical reasoning and reasoning ability
Good ability to work independently: identify problems, solve problems, ability to withstand pressure
Good teamwork skills: communication, presentation, team building skills
Excitement, enthusiasm, and passion for work are an advantage

Nice to have

Experience with Data Engineer is an advantage: SQL and database modeling, data cleaning model, development skills
Experience with Databricks and Apache Spark is a plus
Experience with Scala programming language is a plus

Working hours: HN, Vinh: 8:30 ~ 17:30, HCM: 9:00 ~18:00, 5 days/ week.
