  • Assist in General Office administration
  • Provide admin support to HODs and departments
  • Support front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally
  • Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Support onboarding preparation for new employee
  • Manage travel booking request from other departments (hotels, air tickets, transportation, etc.)
  • Handle contracts, expenses and billing cycles
  • Manage staff expense requests
  • Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company functions/events
  • Order and manage office supplies such as namecard, stationaries, accessories, etc.
  • Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
  • Maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents
  • Manage meeting room bookings from other departments, and make sure rooms are tidy and well-prepared for all meetings.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required
  • Other tasks required by Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • University/College Degree
  • Min 2 years relevant experience in a similar role preferably in Hospitality Industry
  • Fluent in English communication
  • Pleasant personalities, good professional image, excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm in customer service
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, mature with an attention to detail is preferred.
  • Good understanding and knowledge in document control and management
  • Pro-active and highly resourceful
  • Abilities to multi-task and work independently
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications is highly preferred
