Account Manager/Sale IT (German) - Remote/Hybrid

- Actively market software development services and seek new clients and partners in Western and Asian countries (US, EU, Australia, Singapore) through various channels;
- Primary contact for all client matters in Account Management;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to retain existing business relationships and acquire new clients;
- Handle complaints and monitor all client-related processes;
- Maintain accurate client data and track contract changes and renewals;
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's service portfolio to improve upselling and cross-selling;
- Office presence 1-2 days per week.
- Position also open to freshers

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce Information technology, software development, or a related field;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills;
- Not afraid of sales or business development;
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment;
- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus;
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn more about software technologies, as well as NSC Software products and services, with a can-do attitude;
- Bonus if you are from the Nghệ Tĩnh region.
Must-have requirements:
- Ambitious, sharp-minded, flexible, adaptable, perceptive, and witty. High IQ & EQ to succeed in a demanding environment;
- Fluent German, B2 Speaking or equivalent at minimum;
- Basic knowledge of English (equivalent to IELTS 5.5);
- High commitment and work ethic;
- Flexible working hours.
Nice-to-have requirements: Experience in sales, account management, or business development is an advantage
