VỀ HIỆU LỰC CỦA ĐIỀU ƯỚC QUỐC TẾ
Thực hiện quy định tại Điều 56 của Luật Điều ước quốc tế năm 2016, Bộ Ngoại giao trân trọng thông báo:
Thông cáo chung về thiết lập quan hệ ngoại giao giữa nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam và nước Cộng hòa Nam Xu-đăng, ký tại Niu-oóc, Hoa Kỳ, ngày 21 tháng 02 năm 2019, có hiệu lực từ ngày 21 tháng 02 năm 2019.
Bộ Ngoại giao trân trọng gửi bản sao Thông cáo chung theo quy định tại Điều 59 của Luật nêu trên./.

JOINT COMMUNIQUÉ
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS BETWEEN THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM AND THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH SUDAN
The Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and the Government of the Republic of South Sudan.
With the desire to strengthen and develop the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, and thus to contribute to peace, stability and development in their regions and the world at large,
In the framework of the objectives and principles enshrined in the United Nations Charter and the articles of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, signed on April 18th 1961,
Have decided to establish diplomatic relations at the Ambassadorial level between the two countries.
This Joint Communiqué will enter into force upon signing.
Done in New York on 21 February 2019 in duplicate in English.
