Tuyển Trưởng Phòng Marketing (Marketing Manager)

- Reports To: Admissions Director
- Job Purpose: The Marketing Manager is fully responsible and accountable for the success of the venue marketing department. Direct and coordinate all activities relating to Marketing and branding for the SUV.
- Responsibilities
- Develop, implement & execute strategic venue marketing plans, branding strategy
- Oversee creative service request process to develop and maintain venue marketing collateral for business segment including advertisements, digital marketing & social media, etc…
- Develop the key community relationships and strategic partnership programs that will elevate the brand profile and drive revenue
- Oversee guest relations/public relations and community outreach programs
- Develop and communicate marketing initiatives for cross-selling business segment opportunities within the venue
- Implement national marketing initiatives across all business segment, with significant focus to develop programs that drive membership and VIP program activity
- Primary contact to execute local and national alliance programs
- Manage marketing and advertising agencies and other marketing suppliers, including contract management
- Liaison with other departments to increase social communities and develop programs that create value and drive revenue for venue across brand business segment
- Database marketing management (CRM and other sources)
- Manage marketing budgets and showing ROI across all marketing expenditures
- Work with MD to manage, lead, train, build up marketing team
- Reporting weekly/monthly to MD & GM
- Other duty as assigned from head of department/GM
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related degree
- At least 7 years marketing/branding experience and 5 years in leading position
- Exhibits positive attitudes
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in Vietnamese & English
- Organization, negotiation, management, leadership skills
- Experience in education is an advantage
- Advance in English
- Good at excel, word, ppt,…
