Mô tả công việc
1. Effectively develop, monitor and manage marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the product across both online & offline touchpoints to achieve short-term & long-term business objectives including revenue, sales, profit and market share targets.
2. Identify, analyze, and translate product, brand, customer, consumer, and competitive information into marketing activities plans; Ensure all materials and activities are aligned with and executed in accordance with the strategic plan.
3. Develop consumer digital marketing strategy with brand lead, brainstorm new and creative ways to better recruit and engage with consumers; Develop and execute brand digital marketing activities plan.
4. Keep abreast of the market dynamics, competition, products, consumer insights and use this information to develop and deploy consumer journey and insight based automated marketing campaigns via Sale force; Create a compelling message for the target audience especially throughout the online consumer journey; convert lead into purchase and retention.
5. Work with cross functions in related to execute digital marketing campaign which leads to online and offline and sales.
6. Manage creative, media agencies to develop and deploy always on digital content to build brand WOM, maintain brand social media presence; Manage brand site, social media page pages for optimal consumer experience.
7. Prepare budgets, reports and forecasts in a timely manner; Participate in annual budget Plan/ Update cycle; Achieve forecast accuracy and new products launch KPI targets.
8. Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and Corporate Business and Safety procedures; Understand the healthcare business environment, distribution channels; and pricing strategies.
9. Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products and develop action plans to address them.
10. Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, support Business Excellent recertification and sustain business excellence standards.
11. Other tasks assigned by Commercial Director or General Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Minimum 3 years experiences in Consumer Marketing in reputed MNC organizations at same level.
2. Strong at Project Management (Experience in manage a full launch of an NPI, a full thematic campaign,…).
3. Strong at Consumer insights/research and translating insights into strategic relevant business implication.
4. Proven track record for designing, implementing and tracking impact of strategy, plan execution.
5. Brand mindset, hand-on experience in translating brand positioning into campaign idea and detailed messaging by channel, by touch points.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, collaboration and engagement. Proven success in managing cross functions to deliver brand/business results (With Trade, Sales, internal control, regional MKT, Finance,…).
7. Driven, result oriented.
8. Self-starter, aggressive for constant improvements.
9. Capable of timely and fast, accurate deliverables.
