Mô tả công việc

• Review commercial contracts.

• Lead discussions and negotiation of commercial and contractual terms and conditions with clients & vendors.

• Manage Global/Regional Client terms and instructions.

• Management of database of client’s information including key terms and conditions.

• Ensure to follow Group compliance procedures.

• Ensure continuing contractual compliance.

• Highlight and manage the renewal of expiring contracts.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Report to Chief Accountant & Finance Director.

• Degree Holder in Accountancy or business-related disciplines;

• 3-5 years’ experience in multinational companies;

• Sound knowledge of local/international accounting and legal;

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and decision-making skills in the face of ambiguity.

• Able to work independently and under pressure;

• Effective written, verbal and listening communication skills.

• Must be able to work with integrity, initiative and a strong sense to take accountability/ ownership and commitment to deliver
