Tuyển Nhân Viên Marketing (Marketing Staff)
Mô tả công việc
- Researches markets (Customers, Competitors, existing products’ feature, sales team, etc.) to determine interest and demand in stationery products, and then update or create new products to meet consumers’ needs.
- Establish milestone and objectives of new products
- Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date
- To keep track of new product development’s schedule and immediately update to manager if problem arises, and to suggest solutions.
- Liaise with other team members to oversee development of advertising, public relations and all marketing communications to meet product objectives.
- Prepares reports about production processes for upper management and suggests ways to improve efficiency
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Professional Background:
- Bachelor Degree In Marketing and/or Business related field
- 3 year of experiences in marketing field (for education or consumer good is a plus)
- Experience in new product launching is an advantage
Competency Requirements:
- Be organized and possess the ability to multi-task.
- Focused, determined, agile with strong attention to detail, project management, analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have good sense of aesthetics, and good presentation skill
- Be able to team-work
- Foreign language skills: Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowing Japanese is an advance
- Computing skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (words, ppt)
