Mô tả công việc

Organize and structure data and information, manage reporting data on existing and new systems, ensure efficiency, accuracy, consistency, to best meet multi-dimensional data mining and analysis requirements
Organize and structure data, manage data on different systems and sources, build datamart/information system for reporting and management purpose.
Work directly with IT and relating departments to:
- Provide technical analysis and design business requirements to ensure data integrity of management information system, ensure consistency with overall architecture of the company and ensure compatibility between systems.
- Assess risk level of errors that cause deviations on the systems related to the source of management reports, propose solutions to ensure data accuracy.
Operate information/data system, ensure availability and accuracy of reporting information
Develop report system for management purpose of BOM and relating departments, ensure information consistency.
Research and propose application of advanced information management system and technology.
Enhance information system performance by identifying information systems technology opportunities and developing application strategies
Safeguard assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery, back-up procedures, information security and control structures.
Accomplish financial objectives by determining service level required; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; propose solution.
Develop policies and governance processes based on the system's compatibility

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor/Postgraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields from a recognized University;
Demonstrated experience in MIS management for use by the financial services industry and an expert understanding of data analysis, modeling, statistical analysis and related software;
Experience in managerial reporting, management information system in banking industry, database/report development.
Experience in offering strategic insight into industry, consumer and competitor trends;
Experience in presenting and selling ideas to the Director with strong presentation skills (written and verbal);
Ability to communicate and function in a culturally diverse and change oriented setting with good knowledge of MIS practices in Vietnam;
