Mô tả công việc

Develop marketing strategy for the company
Plan and implement marketing campaigns with sales activities to bring in students to join the courses
Oversee the company’s marketing budget
Create and publish all marketing material in line with marketing plans
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns
Responsible for brand management and corporate identity
Handle daily operations of the school
Work closely with senior teacher to ensure smooth running of classes
Develop, monitor staff’s KPIs and evaluate staff
Responsible for student intakes and marketing
Monitor budget
Oversee facilities
Handle feedback with parents and students
Report to Board of Directors monthly on progress and plan.

Bachelor Degree in Education/ Business
Speak and write English well (Compulsory)
Passionate on Education and love to work with young people
Good in handling people and problem solver
Knowledge in basic accounting to ensure revenue & expenditure are within budget & goals
Work in education field is an added advantage.
