Mô tả công việc
- Provide legal consultations, analysis and advice in full cycle of matters related to financial services and products offered by the company
- Ensure that all the financial services and products offered by the company comply with regulatory requirements and applicable national laws
- Draft and revise different types of business cooperation agreements
- Monitor draft laws and changes in legislation in the field of competence and to coordinate actions required to keep the company compliant, mitigate or eliminate risks
- Carry-our researches, risk analysis and provide legal advice on documents, procedures and activities and compliance thereof with applicable laws and regulations
- Develop in-house documentation in the field of competence
- Development, coordination, legal expertise, accompaniment of the conclusion of contracts, agreements, declarations and other legal documents
- Legal risk assessment for several projects
- Drawing up of legal conclusions
- Claims activities, pre-trial dispute settlement, interaction with public authorities
- Legal support on civil rights, tax in Vietnam
- Advising senior management of the company and Chief Legal Officer of the group on various legal issues
- Legal support for a variety of projects from start to the final stage
- The interaction with banks regarding customer transactions, opening of accounts, compliance, financial control
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Knowledge of English at a level no lower than intermediate is obligatory, experience in the financial sector will be an advantage
