Mô tả công việc

- Manage the use of card transaction monitoring systems, including:
+ Card schemes's fraud programs/tools.
+ Company's tools.
+ Research and propose news tools where necessary.
- Check and resolve alerted transactions, take immediate loss prevention actions and transfer cases for further investigation:
+ Check and resolve alerts from all channels of fraud information (card schemes tools/programs; anti fraud task force, other channels...).
+ Verify transactions by analyzing transaction history, contacting customers/branch/sales agent/Issuers/acquirers/ Card Schemes.
+ Take immediate loss prevention actions such as temporarily close cards, decline transactions...
+ Transfer cases to relevant persons in charge for further investigation.
+ Support customers to make transactions, block cards... according to company's policy and procedures.
- Support other banks/financial institutions in verifying transaction, cardholder's information according to regulation.
- Provide regularly or on demand proposals to add, edit rules for monitoring card transactions to match with current fraud trend, improve monitoring efficiency.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Department and Company.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- At least 1 years working in payment industry, experience in credit card fraud/dispute management is a plus.
- University graduate or higher, specializing in Economics, Banking, Finance, Business Administration.
- English: TOEIC 600 or equivalent.
- Knowledge:
+ Good knowledge of risk management.
+ Average knowledge of Vietnam laws and regulations.
+ Average knowledge of social-economy situation in Vietnam and industry.
- Skill:
+ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Self-motivated with energy and drive to deliver effective outcomes.
+ Details oriented: pay attentions on details with a high level of accuracy.
+ Familiar with office applications, technology system.
- Personal attribute:
+ Be prudent, precise, and detailed.
+ Demonstrate sound work ethics.
